Constant Cooling Ltd are committed to providing ongoing technical and Health & Safety training to all its staff. Additionally we offer competitive rates of pay and benefits including a company pension scheme.

From time to time we also recruit partially trained individuals who wish to grow into any of the above roles. We expect all our trainees to have at least 4 GCSE's including maths and English. All staff undergo full police checks which are compulsory.

Training

As a company we currently employs 20 staff and all engineers are qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning to City & Guilds standard or higher. They also have training in the safe handling of CFC's to CITB standard, Health & Safety certification and First Aid certification.

All engineers regularly attend manufacturer refresher courses which highlight problem solving, energy efficiency and new developments.

The company maintains a policy of recognising the importance of training and continues to review any new developments within the industry.
